Civilsmith Engineering, Inc., is a ten employee firm providing professional structural engineering and drafting services to residential, commercial, industrial, architectural and contractor clientele throughout the northeastern United States since being established in 1998 by Scott A. Smith, P.E. Our services include design and analysis of reinforced and prestressed concrete, structural steel, masonry and engineered wood products. The expectations we strive to provide to every client is based around our mission statement –

Civilsmith Engineering, Inc. is located in State College, Pennsylvania. Our office is located at 2160 Sandy Drive, Suite C in the Oakshire Corporate Center.
Civilsmith Engineering, Inc. is an nine employee firm currently comprised of two Professional Engineers, one Engineer-in-training, two Engineering Tech. & Four CADD Operators. The company is built upon the collective 50 years of structural engineering experience and our computer aided drafting and design (CADD) staff provides over 50 years of drafting experience.
